Do you love sushi but you’re are avoiding grains? Just take a piece of nori seaweed and wrap your favourite veg, smear a little mustard or wasabi to seal it, and you’ve got yourself a rice-free sushi! We made ours with hummus, spinach and alfalfa sprouts. What would you put in it???
Seaweed is a full of trace minerals. It’s loaded with antioxidants, vitamin B12, iodine, amino acids and natural salt. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, seaweed is a great plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA.
Try to add a little to your weekly meal plan… or if you’re not a fan of nori, you can get your seaweed intake through our Super-Shake or Super-Blend! We use Seagreens (broad spectrum brown seaweed) in both products and it helps re-mineralise your body 💚
